TruckState provides a freight tracking and logistics management platform for freight brokers and carriers. The Service includes real-time load tracking, driver communication tools, document upload capabilities, and customer portal access.

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

You agree not to use the Service to:

TruckState shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to TruckState in the twelve months preceding the claim.
